Our specialized Memory Care program features 24-hour care & supervision, an intimate atmosphere, home cooked meals, medication and continence management, assistance with dressing & daily care, transportation to and from medical appointments and daily laundry and housekeeping services. We provide modern transfer equipment, ceiling lifts and 24/7 security monitoring. HOME HEALTH CARE
My Caring home collaborates with a network of home health care agencies that follow an established best practice. We work on-site with a reputable home health agency to provide medication, equipment, therapies and medical supplies. Collaborative care and partnerships ensure an open line of communication between family members, home health providers and My caring Home team members
